Decided to share some foods we've been eating...all the time...

Here is grilled tilapia with a pineapple salsa, broccoli, and spinach salad. For the salsa I just simmer pineapple, black beans, red pepper, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. The salad is spinach, blueberries, and pecans.

My new obsession...SMOOTHIES! I love making smoothies packed with super foods. I usually just throw a bunch of fruit, spinach, and chia seeds in the food processor and blend...voila!

I finally made pancakes that actually look like pancakes! I used almond flour, pear sauce (my new favorite egg replacer), baking soda, and honey.
So stealing your tilapia and bell peppers for next week....love the pics
